How do I actually pay?
Choose a plan, and we'll show you a phone number for Airtel Money or MTN MoMo along with a short reference code. Send the payment from your mobile money app, then come back and submit the transaction ID and a screenshot for verification.
Why isn't it instant?
We review each payment by hand against our mobile money statement to keep things secure and avoid fraud. Most requests are approved within a few hours.
Does my partner need to pay too?
No — once your couple is linked, unlocking a game or subscribing unlocks it for both of you.
What if my payment is rejected?
We'll let you know why (usually a mismatched transaction ID or amount) so you can submit it again correctly.
